( The Maryland Pre-Licensing Classes (classes to get a real estate license) are currently held in our Frederick, Rockville, and Silver Spring locations only.
Annapolis. MD 138 West Street, Annapolis, MD 21401. Historic downtown Annapolis area. Classes held in the Grace Ryan Real Estate Professional Development Center on 2nd Floor. Enter Grace Ryan on 1st floor, then take stairs to 2nd floor. Public parking lots nearby as well as on street parking. Closest public garage is across the street about 1 block west. $10 for all day parking @ Knighton garage.
Baltimore, MD South Baltimore - 1630 Whetstone Way, Baltimore, MD 21230. Classes are in the Media Room of the McHenry Row Apartments. Very easy access off of 95 or from Inner Harbor. FREE PARKING Direction From I-95: (From 95 North) Take exit 55, and turn left onto Key Highway (the next left turn after the re-entrance to I-95). From Key Highway, turn left into McHenry Row. Take the immediate right onto Whetstone Way. At the four way stop sign, turn right to enter the parking garages. There is visitor parking available. -The entrance to the building is through the McHenry Row Leasing Office. Security guard @ front desk will show you to 2nd floor classroom.
B. W. I. - Baltimore -Washington International Airport. Country Inn & Suites Hotel 1717 West Nursery Rd, Linthicum, MD, 21090. Directions: 295 North (Baltimore Washington Parkway). Exit W. Nursery Road. Bear Right off exit and go 0.8 mile. Hotel is located on left hand side of road next to the Marriott. Free parking.
Chevy Chase, N.W. D.C. - 5034 Wisconsin Avenue, N.W., Washington DC 20016. (Yes, this location is in DC but we have placed the directions to this site here under the Maryland list of classes since many students have failed to scroll down to the DC list of classroom locations and have therefore ended up in the wrong "Chevy Chase" location.) This is the Uptown office of Weichert Realtors' Training room. Intersection of Garrison St. & Wisc. Ave. N.W.

Classroom is on the first floor. Parking is free and is best in what appears to be the back of the building. The classroom is just off the lobby past the elevators (RE/Max Advantage Training Center). Enter in on the lower parking level (rear of the building which would be the first floor.

Coming from White Oak, take New Hampshire Ave. south toward the beltway, just before the intersection of New. Hamp. Ave & Powder Mill Rd., turn right into the parking lot of 10230 New Hampshire Ave. Social Security building. Free parking.
