Seller Representative Specialist (SRS)
The National Association of REALTORS® and its affiliated Institutes, Societies, and Councils provide a wide range of programs and services that help members increase their skills, proficiency, and knowledge. Designations and certifications acknowledging experience and expertise in various real estate sectors are awarded by NAR and each affiliated group upon completion of required courses.
Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation
Who is it for?
The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.
What You Gain

How to Earn It
Education
Complete the SRS course, either online or in a classroom setting.
Complete one of the SRS elective courses.
Exam
There is no exam requirement for the SRS Course.
Professional Affiliation
Member in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS®.
Exception: International members of SRS do not have to be members of NAR.
Member in good standing with SRS.
Work Experience
Documentation of three completed transactions in which you acted solely as a seller representative.
Application
Submit the designation application along with documentation of three completed transactions.
Cost
Annual dues: Waived for the first year
$99 each subsequent year
