NAR Certification Course

Schedules, Costs, Policies and Registration Information
     Classroom instructed continuing education costs per class is $10 per credit hour. For example a 3 hour class is $30 and a 1.5 hour class is $15.   If a class is being offered for Virginia, Washington D.C., Delaware or Maryland continuing education credit it will be noted on the schedule in the "Jurisdiction" box. The number of continuing education credit hours will be stated in the "Credits" box. 

NAR Certification or Designation Course costs are displayed on the individual information page for each course. Typically, there are "early bird" registration discounts available for those NAR courses. All NAR Certification or Designation courses are taught by NAR approved instructors.

     Once you have found the classes you desire, register online for the class or classes your desire. The Academy strictly follows the guidelines set forth by the real estate commissions. Photo ID is now required to be admitted to class (MD credit classes). The Academy of Real Estate's classroom polices and requirements can be found on the continuing education page below the schedule of classes. Complete Maryland continuing educations rules can be found on the MREC website at: https://www.dllr.state.md.us/license/mrec/mreclicfactsheet.shtml Seating reservations will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

C.E. CLASS REGISTRATION
You may proceed to select, register, and pay for classes by either creating an account or by paying without creating an account. If you create an account, you will then not have to input information each time you enter the website to sign up for classes. If you have an account established, you may then view your registration and payment history at any time. Click here to create an account.

If you choose to select classes and pay without creating an account just click on the "Click here to register!" link. Once you click on the "Click here to register!" link, go to the In Person Class drop down list and select the class from the drop-down menu. Click on Add Class after you select each class, even if only selecting one. Repeat to add additional classes. You can register for several classes at the same time. The classes you selected will display in the table. If you make an error, you can delete classes from the table with the Delete option in the Action column. Once you have selected your classes, complete the remaining portion of the form, and select Next to confirm your selections. You will receive a receipt and confirmation via email once the transaction is complete.
